My partner and I are looking for a potential new roommate who will have their own bedroom + bathroom. Shared spacious living room which includes kitchen and balcony. Looking to temporarily sublet for month of July with potential to extend. Must be ok with a cat. Rent is $1042 and estimated to come to a total of $1100/month with utilities.
