I'm moving to the country to look at real estate in the area, and would like to leave my studio apartment to someone responsible and clean for the time I'm away. This will be a short-term (3-month) sublease. It's a wonderful, light-filled, large studio in the heart of the Marina District, a block away from Chestnut St with all its shops, and a short 10 minute walk to the beach! The apartment is fully furnished.
