I am looking for someone to take over 1 year lease of my room in a spacious well-furnished 3BHK house located in Mountain View. You will share the house with 2 other gentlemen who are quiet, clean and employed at well-known multinational companies. The rent is $1315 including sewage and garbage. Water, electricity, and Internet will cost an additional of about $60 or so (depending on the usage). Following are the other details of the house: Laundry: In-house Toilets - There are 2.5 toilets in total, shared by all housemates. Kitchen - Spacious and well equipped (large fridge, dish-washer, coffee machine, microwave, instant pot etc.) Living Room: Huge and well furnished (sofa, TV, dining room) with a backyard Parking - There are two slots for the house shared by the housemates. In addition, plenty of roadside parking available. Multiple storage rooms: We have three storage rooms shared among three housemates. Location: Within 2 min walk to grocery stores and breakfast places. About 5 min drive from Safeway.
