We're looking for someone to move in and occupy our furnished living room in a two bed, two bath apartment on/around July 1st. Interested? Read on: THE APARTMENT: The building itself is very new and is conveniently located steps away from the California Avenue Caltrain station and various shops and restaurants on California Ave. We're also a short drive / bike ride away from Stanford. The living room comes fully furnished with a full-size mattress and bed frame, shelves, book case, nightstand, drawers, couch, work desk, swivel chair and ample storage space. You’ll have a window facing an interior courtyard and access to the balcony. If you'd prefer to bring your own furniture, we can accommodate that as well. You'll be sharing a bathroom with one of us and you'll have full access to the kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer (no more coins!), and the rooftop pool and hot tub. In his spare time, he enjoys music, cocktails, going on random adventures around the Bay Area/the world, and engaging in all sorts of athletic pursuits, be it running, spin class, or beach volleyball. - G works at a healthcare startup in SF. In her spare time, she enjoys scoping out all the local coffee shops, yoga, running, red wine, and walking to the Cal Ave farmers market. We both work full-time, Monday-Friday, and are usually home on weeknights and at least some of the time on weekends. We both have independent lives, but are quite social and enjoy hanging out with each other. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for someone who is clean and communicative. With the kitchen and bathroom shared, we want to make sure that everyone is courteous and responsible for their own messes. THE BASICS: We are looking for someone to join our lease for at least 6 months (ideally a year or more) with the option to renew.
