Room has a funky shape but actually works well with two large closets, cupboard space and desk nook. The room is right next to the in apt washer and dryer and has its own bathroom with shower. The downstairs entrance to the house leads right to this area which makes it somewhat of a private entrance. Spot in 2-car garage is available as well. The room is available to sublet starting as early as March 20 for 2-3 months (flexible). If you would like me to leave the bed frame, mattress, and desk in the room I can do that. The neighborhood is fantastic. Very close to 101 entrance and 280 junction for easy travel south. Close to Bernal Heights and Dolores Park for great outdoor activities. Excellent food nearby on 24th street. Overall this room is a great deal for someone looking to be in San Francisco for a few months.
