I am subletting my bedroom in a cozy two-bedroom Lyman apartment. It is very close to the engineering, biology, medical school and hospital buildings, and 10-15 minutes walk to Tresidder. The place is quiet, far from the construction works. The building is new (built in 2014) and convenient. It includes access to the laundry room, music room, film-video games room, computer cluster, barbecue, and the large common room. The place is located just next to one of the campus' recreation centers including swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, and a golf driving range. The apartment complex is small (224 people only), which makes it peaceful and clean. I will be happy to show you the room in person or to send pictures. This is indeed a lovely place, and the fact that I am keeping it for the next year is probably the best proof of it. The room is available from now until mid-March. The rent is $1293/month prorated on the dates you need it plus a $500 security deposit. Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
