The living room is very large, a reading desk, chair, lamp, and a mattress (optional). The living room in the picture now is empty but will be furniture very soon. You will share the full bathroom with people living in the master room. The location is great for commuters with short drives to Google RWC (12 mins) and Stanford RWC (10 mins) and Stanford campus (20 mins); 4 mins bike (10 mins walk) to RWC Caltrain station, and 1 mile off 280 Fwy. 2 mins walk to bus stops (ECR, 95, 295, 397 & 398). one block close to EI Camino Real. The location is also very convenient for dining and relaxation. 10-15 mins walk to good restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Safeway, Wholefood, banks (Chase, Wells Fargo, Citi, BOA). There are also three beautiful parks (Tea Garden, Wellesley Crescent Park, and the Mezed Park) within walking distance. A female tenant is preferred. Not ideal for a couple, no overnight guest, and no pet (sorry). Most ideal for people seeking serenity and focus. Everyone has some fridge space. Microwave and cooking are ok as long as clean it after use. The living room is available from Feb 21 to April 30. The lease is flexible and the long term is preferred. The rent is $800/mo or $35/day, including all utilities (electricity, water, gas, garbage, and high-speed internet). The deposit is $500. We are a couple working for Stanford University, non-smoker, don't do drugs, laid back. We are quiet but outgoing and very friendly.
