We have a beautiful bedroom with a shared bathroom combo available in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom Mountain View apartment available May 26. The room has a large built in closet and plenty of space for a full/queen bed, dresser, and maybe a desk! We have a washer and dryer in unit (woohoo!), plus communal pools, hot tubs, fitness centers and more outdoor amenities within the larger complex. The common areas of the apartment are furnished, but we are open to adding a few more items if you have furniture, too. Please no pets. We are a 1-mile walk to the Mountain View CalTrain stop and downtown Mountain View! We would prefer someone who is available long-term. Rent is about $1,227.30 per month, not including utilities and internet. M is a goofy mid-twenties woman that enjoys backpacking, volunteering, and indulging in reality TV. M has a new rescue dog, so must be comfortable with dogs. E is a late-twenties introvert and a big nerd who’s into sci fi/fantasy. E sometimes brings DIY kits and projects from work home with her and likes to make brunch on Sundays. E also loves travel, the outdoors, and wildlife photography. We love keeping our apartment clean and tidy and expect everyone to clean up after themselves and commit to cleaning common areas as well.
