Our apartment is located on the top floor at 4127 McKellar Ln, in a great neighborhood of Palo Alto, just off Arastradero and El Camino Real. With easy access to the 280 and 101 freeways, we are close to Stanford, Tesla, SAP, Google, and Facebook. We are situated between two CalTrain stations (one being a Bullet Stop), so depending on your commuting preference, San Francisco is easily accessible. With close proximity to downtown Palo Alto and Stanford Shopping Mall, you have many award winning restaurants available, as well as several grocery stores, such as Safeway, Trader Joe s, Whole Foods, Sprouts, The Milk Pail, and the local Farmer s Market. The available room is approximately 15 x11 , plus walk in closet and private bathroom, providing close to 240 sq. ft. of personal space with a generous amount of natural light. The room will be unfurnished. Kitchen and living room are fully furnished with everything needed. Laundry on site, and plenty of street parking is available. The new roommate will have a steady job and income, is respectful and super chill, good communication skills, capable of keeping common areas clean, would not bring the party home, enjoy our existing family pet, and would not be working from home. There is no additional storage available for the unit (including kitchen), and parking is limited to street parking only. Qualified applicants must complete a credit and background check through the property management once they pass the interview process. If selected, the new roommate would be responsible to cover their portion of the deposit to existing roommate, in addition to the monthly expenses in a timely manner, including rent, water/garbage/sewer, electricity, internet, renter s insurance, etc. Remaining roommate works full time, and when not working, is generally out kiteboarding, traveling to the next adventure, dancing, skiing, and chilling.
