We’re 3 girls looking for a female roommate in her mid-late 20s/early 30s. The three of us are third year graduate students studying clinical psychology. We have a pretty busy schedule, but would love to find a roommate who is friendly! We prefer to keep our shared living spaces pretty clean and we maintain reasonable hours on the weekdays. We are pretty chill and quiet by 10:00pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday. We are renting out a charming bedroom with a shared bathroom on the second floor of the unit, approx. 9’-2” x 9’-11”. The apartment is located in a community called Parker Palo Alto. Rent is $1287.75 a month, in addition to utilities split with other housemates. This is a 12-month lease beginning on 08/23/18.
