Great location, only 1.5 miles to the Main Quad and a 5 minute walk from Caltrain. The available room shares a bathroom with another room. The room is roughly 8.5x11 and has a medium sized closet. There’s an in-unit washer and dryer in the bathroom of the master bedroom. Hardwood floors. Common space includes a kitchen and medium sized living room. Rent does not include utilities or internet, which usually come out to be $80-100 per month. I will be using the parking spot in the carport, but there is a free parking permit available from the city of Palo Alto as well for one person. Some of the furniture in the room is available (bed, desk, shelving). The room becomes available at the start of August.
