The furnished room is roughly 136.5 inch * 145 inch, with desk, chairs, bed, nightstand, light, wardrobe, drawers-chest, mirror, fan, carpet. Drive 15 min, biking 20-30 minutes to Stanford, walking distance to Menlo park Caltrain, and downtown. Close to the Safeway, Costco and Trader joe’s. “kitchenette” area with kitchen sink and a small granite counter, cabinets, microwave, stoves and a big fridge. There are two laundry rooms including 2 laundry washer and 2 dryer machine. Free parking in big garage under the apartment or free street parking. Safety location, close to high school, protected well, friendly neighborhood, several nice public park nearby. We are Stanford postdoc and PhD student, we are quiet, normal, happy, clear and busy at school type people.
