Hi, I finished my 1 year visiting in Stanford, and I want to look somebody to take my left lease. The current lease will end at Oct 10th. After that you can continue or renew the lease with the leasing office by optional one year, half year and monthly lease. My family will leave at Aug 10th. The apartment is in 562 Kendall Ave including 1 free park position, you can arrive at stanford campus within 15 min by bike. It belongs to palo Alto education distribute, you can go to the elementary school by walking within 10 min and Gunn High School within 20min. The apartment is about 730ft at 2nd floor with many sunshine. It is beside the El Camino Road, very convenient to take the 22 bus to Walmart Supermarket and Stanford.
