I’m a female postdoc at Stanford and looking for new female roommate who can stay at least 1 year from July 1st. - 2Bed/2Bath - Spacious living room - Quiet and safe area - 1 reserved parking and large guest parking lot - Deposit & monthly rent : $1800/person (water and garbage included) - Utility (electricity, internet, gas) - $30-70 / person (depending on seasons) - location: Sharon heights area in Menlo Park. (5-7 min driving to Stanford) - next to Sharon heights shopping center (Safeway, CVS pharmacy, Starbucks, BOA..) - SLAC shuttle stop nearby The apt is located in very quiet and safe area.
