The condo has a modern, open layout with tons of common space, and windows/natural light everywhere. Good access to both the 101, 280, and is a five minute rideshare away from the CalTrain 22nd stop or 24th BART. Street parking and bike parking are both easy and accessible.
About the Condo and 3rd Bedroom:
The main living space has hardwood throughout and soars with vaulted ceilings, bright skylights, and western views overlooking the Mission, Noe Valley, and Twin Peaks. This space flows into a modern kitchen open to the dining area and views throughout. Above the main floor is an open space with an exclusive walkout deck overlooking a hillside.

– Available 3rd room is on the lower level with garden views

About Us:
The two of us are currently professionals in our thirties, working in SF. When we’re not watering our plants, cooking, or reading, we’re out and about exploring the city or hiking or hosting friends. We very much enjoy each other’s company but also value independence and are largely doing our own thing.
We strive to create a feeling of home that is communal and grounded in a mutual sense of respect and responsibility for each other, each other’s space, and the house. We value direct communication, kindness, cleanliness, mutual respect, and consideration in looking out for each other. We’re looking for a non-smoking student or professional who is looking for a cozy place to call home in SF. Rent is $1690, plus PG&E and internet (~$35/month per person). A security deposit is required and the application will be managed by the homeowners. 6 month lease to start then month to month. Master lease ends October 2020.
