I am subletting my apartment in Rains from June 12 until mid- September. Dates are flexible on either side, and rent is $1200 a month (this is technically less than I pay, but I'm eager to get this off my hands for the summer). The apartment has 3 other grad student women but only 1-2 will be around in the summer, and there's a big living room and kitchen in an open layout. My window has a windowbox you can grow plants in, and is near enough to walk to campus or the California Ave farmers market during the summer. It is furnished by the university, but I can leave or take out as many extra things (ie fan, rug, etc) that you want. You can even use my bike for the summer if you want. Also as a bonus we have every kitchen implement known to man. Seriously- go nuts. Happy to arrange a tour for those on campus or answer any questions.
