I am looking to sub-let my private cozy room from May 25 to July 21, 2019. The room is fully furnished with its PRIVATE bathroom and a spacious shared living room and kitchen.
Period:
May 25, 2019 to July 21, 2019. I am open to anytime within this period but full stay is preferred.
Room:
A private bedroom + a PRIVATE bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, desk, closet and a storage room. It has everything for staying, so it’s ready for move-in anytime you want and you may only need to carry your personal items.
Common area:
The apartment has just been upgraded and underwent rehabilitation last year, with new stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. SO THIS IS A BRAND NEW PLACE! The common areas are well furnished and you will have easy access to all utensils which would make your feel staying like home. Full kitchen with new appliances (bowls, plates, forks etc.), but of course, I can make room for anything you have.
Parking Space:
There is a private parking lot available and open spaces assigned for visitor’s parking. Parking has seldomly been an issue here.
Neighborhood:
Very safe! Most of the tenants are working professionals in the Bay Area and I have never encountered any safety issues or risks. The Mountain View police station is not far away.
There is a swimming pool next to the leasing office and a barbecue place. Fantastic for summer time!
Great location:
The apartment is very close to the San Antonio Shopping Center, CalTrain, Target, Kohls, grocery stores, 24-Hour Fitness and restaurants (For details, please see below). It’s a safe neighborhood and a perfect place to live for study, work or short visit!
5-to-10-minute walk to the San Antonio Shopping Center, where Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Walmart, Target, Whole Food and CVS are convenient for groceries and daily shopping.
10-minute walk to CalTrain station for daily commute or a getaway on weekends to San Francisco/ San Jose.
5-minute walk to bus station where Line 22, 35 and 522 take you to school and places in Palo Alto. Stanford Shuttle (Line SE) stops right at the gate of Walmart, where takes 5-10 minutes to get there by walk.
15-minute drive or 35-minute bike to Stanford, 7-minute drive to downtown Mountain View, 8-minute drive to Ranch 99 and 9-minute drive to Google etc.
Roommate:
My roommate and I are both working professionals in the Bay Area. We are easygoing, friendly and respectful. We both have a busy schedule on weekdays and relaxing time during weekends. We keep a healthy schedule and there is no late party at night. Therefore, there should be no worries about noise. Besides, two bedrooms with a living room in between well block noises, if any, away.
Rent:
$60 per day or $3,480 for the full period; Negotiable
Wi-Fi, water, electricity, sewage and other utilities are included;
Deposit: $42 per day or $2,436 for the full period
What we are looking for:
A communicative and respectful roommate who will keep the room & common areas clean and tidy.
Quiet at night, female young professional preferred.
No live-in partners or smokers, please.
No drugs please.
Sorry, pets are not allowed in this complex
Rent paid on time and be responsible for cleaning up the room upon leave. No destructions.

非常安全，也很安静。大部分租客是在湾区的工作人士。入住以来，尚未遇到过任何危险或和安全有关的隐患。租房中心旁边配有游泳池、躺椅和烧烤架，为夏日生活增添多一份乐趣。
交通：
地理位置优越。步行5分钟可达San Antonio购物中心，有沃尔玛、Target、Trader Joe's、Safeway、Whole Food等超市及24小时健身房、百货店。周边餐馆包括中、日、美、韩、泰等风味，选择丰富。
步行10分钟可达San Antonio火车站，去往三番/圣禾塞通勤、短游方便。步行5分钟可达公交车站，22路、35路、522路直达学校及Palo Alto, Mountain View, Sunnyvale等湾区多地。步行5-10分钟可搭乘斯坦福巴士SE线到达学校及购物中心。
开车15分钟或骑车35分钟左右到斯坦福校园，车程7分钟到达Mountain View（山景城）市中心，开车8分钟到达华人超市、谷歌等。公寓配有一私人停车位和一访客停车位。
室友：
我和室友均在湾区工作。我们比较随和、友善，尊重他人。整体作息比较规律，工作日大部分时间在外繁忙，周末在家比较闲适，不会有深夜派对，晚上比较安静，易于休息。
我们希望您：
易于相处、尊重彼此、整洁安静，最好是女生。可以按时支付房租，不破坏公寓设施，离开时可以将房间清理复原。
不抽烟、不吸毒、无酗酒等不良嗜好，单人入住，无过夜访客；根据公寓要求，无宠物。
