Three playgrounds are 1, 15 and 25 min walking distance, respectively. Furthermore, there is easy access to public transportation that takes you all the way to Berkeley campus. The apartment will be available to you unfurnished. The apartment (located on the second floor and behind a gate) is a little more than 900 sq ft with an off-street parking spot, garbage included, washer/dryer inside the unit.
