Extremely organized and super meticulous at managing deadlines, payroll, bills, payment and grants, travel plans, schedules, meetings, events, emails (managing/filtering). Can keep information extremely structured, easy to find, manage. Must thrive in a demanding startup environment, be proactive, outgoing, hard-working, and strategically anticipate needs. Knowing how to drive is a plus. (Office is based in San Mateo.) Candidate should be flexible in work hours. Candidates might have to travel in or outside the city and must have great interpersonal skills. Additional responsibilities as identified. 15-20 hours/week
