Our current roommate is moving into a new apartment with her boyfriend. While we will miss her dearly, we are excited to bring a new housemate into our home! Please read the details below:
*~*About the room*~*
- rather large room, albeit smallest in the house, that can easily fit a bookshelf, queen bed, nightstand, dresser, and bike with room to spare.
- 1 window
- LARGE closet with extra closet space available in hallway.
- shared bathroom with only 1 other roommate
*~*About the apartment*~*
- spacious with a really great layout
-top floor of 3-story building
-free laundry
-Steps away from the N-Judah and some of the most amazing food in San Francisco
- 1 block from Golden Gate Park
-clean, no mice
-safe location near restaurants, grocery stores, shops, cafes (I'm looking at you Arizmendi, Snowbird, and the soon-to-arrive Tartine). The location is truly top-notch.
-garage parking will likely be available when we re-sign the lease. Parking in the garage costs ~$250/month. Free, non-permitted street parking is always available if you have the patience to find a spot.
*~*About us*~*
A1 - 27yo female, Stanford '14 (Go Card!). Works in FiDi at a startup on the weekdays. Occupies weekends and evenings with distance running, biking, crocheting, and making very easy, no frills dinners. Taking over master bedroom.
Z - 24yo female, Santa Clara undergrad who works in the medical field. Will likely be moving out to attend graduate school when we re-sign the lease so there will be another free room starting in July/August that you would have the option to move in to! You would be sharing the bathroom with Z.
A2- (roommate moving out) 30yo female from Canada. Works at the California Academy of Sciences.
We are a respectful, friendly, and quiet trio that likes to keep common spaces neat and tidy so that they are pleasant for everyone! We all pitch in around the house and strive to make it a very calm, friendly place to come home to.
*~*Important things to note*~*
-NOT 420 friendly - you may NOT SMOKE ANYTHING in or near the apartment.
-NO PETS
-Female roommates only
-Room must be occupied by one person, meaning no couples (but overnight guests are ok)
-You will be taking over the lease from A2, so the landlord will expect a 2k security deposit and background check. The lease will be up for renewal at the end of July at which point you would be welcome to re-sign (A1 will also be re-signing).
