Its only 3 miles to Stanford. 17 minutes biking and only 12 minutes walk to train station. You can renew this lease after that with no increase in rent. The apartment is located at Del Medio Garden Apt in Mountain View. Onsite heated pool and Laundry in building. Utilities included Except PG & E. Its pretty quiet apartment and neighborhood. Apartment has contract with AT&T and Comcast for Cable and Internet if you are interested. Management will need to lease as subletting is not allowed, and I will pay the application fee too.
