The bedroom will be rented for $1000 per month with a $1000 deposit. There will be equal access to the apartment and no restrictions on the kitchen or living room or anything like that. The apartment is fully furnished including the bedroom to rent. There is a queen size bed, two ikea shelving units and a full wall closet. There's one parking spot and plenty of street parking.The complex also has a pool and access to a washing and dryer machine and it's walk-able to the nearest grocery store, target, restaurants or a 3 minute drive.
