Hi, My wife and I are moving out of our current apartment in San Mateo. We are looking for a 1-bedroom property for rent, preferably located within cycling distance of Stanford University's School of Medicine and Hospital area. I am a Research Scientist in the School of Medicine. My wife is a classical musician and teacher, who runs her own music studio in Menlo Park. Please let me know if you have or know of properties available around April 1, 2019. Thank you
