I'm going home for Christmas and would like to rent my awesome studio during the time I'm away! The studio is fully furnished with a bed, sofa, desk, portable dishwasher, and kitchen necessities. A laundry room is conveniently located on the 1st floor of the building and no coins or cards required to use it. Dates are flexible although I would prefer someone who could stay throughout the period. The price is $400 for the indicated period (Dec. 23 - Jan. 4) and includes all utilities. Otherwise, rent is $40/day and will be adjusted to actual days of stay. Please note that payment must be paid in full upfront with $100 security deposit. The security deposit will be returned if there is no damage. No exceptions. *Since it is a short stay, I am not planning to move my belongings from kitchen and wardrobe. You are welcome to use any kitchenware or cleaning supplies, etc. *I can provide actual pictures of my place upon inquires. I will prepare the apartment to be clean for you, and thus, I'm looking for someone who is tidy and responsible to keep the space as you found it as well.
