Our apartment is recently renovated and has a lot of closet storage space, a large living room, and a beautiful open kitchen. Includes complimentary access to gym pool reservable pool house assigned parking spot library laundry recycling mailroom We are 3 blocks away from University Ave, across the Stanford shopping center and a 5 minute walk away from the Caltrain station and Stanford Marguerite shuttle stop. Wifi & utilities aren't included in rent but are around $50/month. Your roommates are both Stanford grads, one female, and one male now working in downtown Palo Alto. We are looking for someone to start May 1st for a one year lease.
