Hi all! I'm a grad student and I saw several people were interested in buying and selling their clothing. I wanted to share a site that I use to buy nice clothes for a lot cheaper than I can get elsewhere. If you read this and are interested, please consider using my sign up code below so that we can each get $10 toward our future purchases.
Thredup is the site that I use to purchase a lot of really nice clothes on a budget. The clothes are sorted according to brand/size/the usual, but also by condition. Today I got a Patagonia quarter zip in excellent condition for $25 (orig $99), and I generally get new with tags/excellent condition Nike workout tops and shorts for $11-$12 each. They also let you sell your clothes to them but I wouldn't recommend doing this bc they only give you like 10% of the selling price back (not really worth it). There's usually a code for 10% off (this month it's 10FORYOU), and shipping is $5.99 but you do get free returns. My roommate and I have had a lot of success with this site and have used it probably 10 times now combined without issues, so I can say that I recommend it. Shipping time is the only downside (it can take 5-7 days), but expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.
If you're interested, I'd love if you used my link to sign up:

You get $10 and I get $10 too. I don't work for this company, lol, I just figured that there may be interest among those of us trying to get by and look nice on a graduate stipend in the Bay Area.
