The Chemistry Department is currently seeking an undergraduate student who can provide office assistance to staff members. The tasks include package receiving, shipping, on-campus errands, photo copying and other clerical tasks. This position is ongoing, requires approximately 4 hours per day and must include an AM shift between 9 and noon. The candidate should possess good skills at taking direction, being a self-starter, balancing competing priorities, being able to learn quickly and have a positive attitude. The position also requires a candidate with good organizational skills, someone who uses sound judgment and is able to function well in a team environment.
