All Stanford students can get a copy of Windows 8 for free through the Stanford software store (softwarelicensingstore.stanford.edu). I already used my copy on my laptop, but would like one for my desktop as well. If you don't need your free Stanford copy of Windows 8, I would really appreciate if you'd give it to me! You can download it from the software store and then share it (and the installation key) with me via dropbox, or I can give you a usb stick to put it on. And I'll give you a beer for your troubles!
